IKIMO Exchange & Credit Note Policy

At IKIMO, each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive only the best quality. As phone covers are hygiene-sensitive accessories, we do not offer product returns or cash refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or a credit note if you meet the eligibility conditions below.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong model, colour, or variant.
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- A request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, with the protective film intact and in its original packaging.
- You must share a clear unboxing video from the time you open the parcel, showing the issue (to verify claims).
Once verified, we’ll schedule a pickup and dispatch the replacement after the product is received and inspected. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the full amount (excluding shipping, if applicable).
Credit Note Policy
If your exchange request is approved and a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a Credit Note for the same value.
- The Credit Note can be used to make a new purchase on www.ikimo.in or our official sales channels.
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue.
- Credit notes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer exchanges or credit for:
- Used or damaged products due to customer handling.
- Clearance sale or discounted items.
- Products purchased from third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) without valid order proof.
Process Overview
- Raise a request via email at support@ikimo.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, issue details, and an unboxing video.
- Our team will verify your request within 48 working hours.
- Once approved, we’ll share exchange or credit note details.
Pickup & Shipping Charges
If the exchange is due to an IKIMO error (wrong/damaged product), we’ll bear all shipping costs.
If you request an exchange for any other reason, a nominal ₹99 logistics fee will be charged.
Important Notes
- IKIMO reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
- Our decision on exchange approval or rejection shall be final.
- Any credit note issued will be sent digitally via email and recorded in our system for validity tracking.
