IKIMO – Shipping Policy

Welcome to IKIMO. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders placed through our official website www.ikimo.in. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12 PM (IST) are usually processed on the same day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is completed and your order is confirmed.
- Delays may occur during high-demand periods, sales, or unforeseen events such as strikes or natural calamities.
2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable courier services across India to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹799.
- For orders below ₹799, a nominal shipping fee (₹49–₹79, depending on location) may apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if enabled, may include an additional COD handling fee.
4. Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch.
- If you face issues with tracking, contact our support team at support@ikimo.in.
5. Shipping Delays
We always strive for timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to:
- Logistics partner delays
- Weather or natural disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Local lockdowns or government restrictions
IKIMO will not be held responsible for such delays but will assist you in resolving them promptly.
6. Undelivered / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you to confirm the address and re-ship the order (re-shipping charges may apply). If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will be considered cancelled and a credit note (valid for 12 months) will be issued after deducting logistics costs.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ikimo.in.
- Attach clear images of the product, outer packaging, and invoice.
- Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or issue a credit note, as applicable.
8. Change of Address
- Changes to shipping address can only be made before the order is shipped.
- Once dispatched, address changes cannot be processed.
- Please contact us at support@ikimo.in within 6 hours of placing your order for assistance.
9. International Shipping
Currently, IKIMO ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
