IKIMO – Refund Policy

At IKIMO, we value every customer and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to maintain product hygiene, fairness, and transparency for all customers. By purchasing from www.ikimo.in, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. No Return Policy
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product/model/color.
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The product received does not match your confirmed order.
Exchange Window
- Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible.
Exchange Process
- Email us at support@ikimo.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Attach clear images of the product, packaging, and invoice.
- Our team will verify the issue and confirm the exchange process.
- Once approved, you will be asked to return the product in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
- After inspection, the replacement or credit note will be processed.
3. Credit Note
If the requested replacement product is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a Credit Note instead of a refund.
- Validity: 12 months from the date of issue.
- Usage: Can be used to purchase any product on www.ikimo.in of equal or higher value.
- Transferability: Non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
4. Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds are issued only in rare cases, such as:
- Order cancelled by IKIMO before dispatch.
- Product out of stock after payment.
- Duplicate or failed payment captured.
Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
5. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for exchange or credit:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- IKIMO reserves the right to deny exchange if the product shows signs of use or tampering.
- Exchanges are not accepted for minor variations in color, texture, or fit due to screen or manufacturing differences.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- Notify us within 48 hours at support@ikimo.in.
- Share unboxing images or videos (if available).
- Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or issue a credit note as per your preference.
7. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products purchased on sale or discount.
- Customized or limited-edition products.
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper use.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
- If cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
