5. Return, Exchange & Credit Policy

We maintain a No Return Policy for hygiene and quality reasons. However, we offer:

Exchange in case of wrong product, defect, or damage reported within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, a credit note (valid for 12 months) will be issued for eligible cases.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Refunds are only provided if the item is unavailable or canceled before shipping.
